Heyward has more than thirty years of comprehensive experience in business development and management, public relations and marketing. He is skilled in building partnerships, coalitions and consensus among constituency groups, community and business leaders and public officials. Heyward has managed and/or provided consulting services for over 250 political campaigns ranging from School Board Elections to Presidential Campaigns. He served as Commissioner and Vice-Chairman of the Columbia Housing Authority, providing oversight and policy management for over 2000 multi-family and single-family public housing units.
As owner of BANCO/Bannister Company, Heyward manages all administrative, operating and marketing activities. He conducts outreach and public relations campaigns for businesses and political clients, and develops and analyzes proposals for projects. Heyward earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of South Carolina.

Lauren Bilton is a political campaign coordinator with experience working on local and statewide campaigns. Lauren specializes in volunteer recruitment, fundraising, scheduling, campaign and task management, and grassroots/community outreach. Some of her recent campaigns include David Adams for Richland County Treasurer, Steve Benjamin for Mayor, Catherine LaFond for Charleston Water Commissioner, Rick Wade for US Senate and Bakari Sellers for Lieutenant Governor.
Cornelius is a designer with extensive experience in Graphic Design, Print and Digital Media. For more then 22 years, he has graphically designed and conceptualized projects and materials for a myriad of clients. He has a wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors, working for non-profit organizations, PR firms, grassroots organizations, government agencies and political campaigns. Kendall is a seasoned public affairs consultant with experience working on over 50 public affairs campaigns and initiatives. In 2005, he launched K.L. Corley and Associates LLC of SC, which specializes in governmental, public and political affairs. Kendall has been instrumental in assisting with field operations and community outreach for successful BANCO Campaigns to include the Richland County Transportation Penny Referendum, VoteForOurLibraries.com and David Adams for Treasurer Campaigns.
Betty is an experienced consultant in coordinating various local and statewide initiatives, grassroots campaigns, coalition and network building, communications, and implementation of strategic plans to achieve goals and results. Betty has developed a stellar track record of success for clients. Betty is skillful in coalition building and engaging stakeholders while planning, developing, coordinating and implementing various campaign activities to achieve result for BANCO clients.
Mike is a public affairs consultant with experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. He has worked with Senior-Level Executives at Fortune 500 companies, led the recruiting and outreach for a national fellowship program and coordinated projects in strategic planning, grassroots organizing, messaging, and public affairs for political campaigns. In 2014, he launched the Hibler-Glymph Group, LLC which specializes in issue advocacy, business development, and public affairs
Rania Jamison is a dynamic public relations consultant involved in creating powerful communications campaigns. Rania has gained awards working in the education, government, health, non-profit and political sectors. While in college, Rania led a communications effort advocating for Riverbanks Zoo to adopt a smoke-free policy, which remains in effect today. From engaging elected officials to organizing grassroots leaders, Rania has been involved in statewide public affairs campaigns for high profile national clients including Internet Innovation Alliance and Pew Environment Group.
Williet is an experienced executive project assistant with expertise in corporate events management, internal communications management, project management, and logistics management. She brings a wealth of experience to each project, with over 30 years experience in the corporate setting. Williet has been responsible for handling projects for many of BANCO’s high profile clients and events. Williet’s previous work with Fannie Mae has provided her with solid management experience and numerous client and community relations opportunities. Williet often works behind the scenes to ensure BANCO exceeds client expectations.
